Shipping policy

"Our shipping policy ensures that orders are processed and shipped within 10-15 business days from Monday to Friday. Please note that transit times do not account for major holidays or inclement weather delays. As a dedicated single artisan maker business, we strive to dispatch orders promptly. During periods of high order volume, additional processing time may be required. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such instances."

SHIPPING PROGRAM POLICY AND DETAILS

All orders within the US are shipped with a flat rate of $5 or FREE shipping for orders of $50 and above. These rates are only for US shipping.

        

Once a shipping label is created by us, a tracking number is provided with each shipment and the customer is responsible for tracking and filing a claim if package is not delivered in due time or if it is missing/damaged. We will do our best to follow up with USPS when packages are delayed, missing and/or damaged.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your orders status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3-5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at wfsoapsandsuch@gmail.com. with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
