SHIPPING PROGRAM POLICY AND DETAILS
All orders within the US are shipped with a flat rate of $5 or FREE shipping for orders of $50 and above. These rates are only for US shipping.
Once a shipping label is created by us, a tracking number is provided with each shipment and the customer is responsible for tracking and filing a claim if package is not delivered in due time or if it is missing/damaged. We will do our best to follow up with USPS when packages are delayed, missing and/or damaged.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your orders status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3-5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com. with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
