How to use: Simply rub into the arches of the feet or the back of the knees before bedtime as needed. Can also be applied directly to achy and sore muscles. 1 Tsp contains approx. 280 mg. of elemental magnesium.

I'm 55 and starting menopause. This product has been extremely beneficial for me in several ways for the last six months. I have not been able to fall asleep,, I have what feels like restless, leg syndrome(not been diagnosed with this), and I've been having hot flashes at night. Since I started taking this product, I've been able to fall asleep quickly, my legs have been completely relaxed and not waking up with hot flashes. I rub a small amount on the arches of my feet and behind my knees 30 minutes before going to bed. Not greasy at all and smooth and very quickly.. loving it!!!!

Our whole family uses the magnesium cream. The kids rub it on their feet and the backs of their knees right before bed to help with sleep. We rub it on sore, tight or tingling muscles. We always want more if we run out.

This cream delivers on its promises: it DOES relieve muscle aches, it DOES prevent restless legs and promote sleep, and it DOES improve headaches! I even found that it helps my arthritic knees. If you've been on the fence about ordering it, hurry up and get some - you won't be sorry. And, by the way, I never write reviews. It's that good. Bonus: it smells wonderful!
