This cream delivers on its promises: it DOES relieve muscle aches, it DOES prevent restless legs and promote sleep, and it DOES improve headaches! I even found that it helps my arthritic knees. I use this cream at night on my wrists, neck, or bottom of feet to help me relax. It takes about 30 minutes but I love it.
