Simply apply 1-2 tbsp of castor oil to the flannel side of the pack and wrap around the needed around.
Made with organic PUL and organic cotton flannel, you can rest assured knowing that the material against your skin is safe, soft, and hypoallergenic.
This pack measures 19.5" in length and 4.5" at its narrowest point in the middle of the wrap. It has a contoured shape to fit your neck.
Washing instructions: Soak pack in baking soda and water. Rinse with a clean, non-toxic soap. Hang to dry.
