Inhaling a small amount of Goldenseal powder through the nostrils is effective for clearing the sinus cavity and promoting healing. Gently and slowly sniff a minimal quantity, repeating this process up to three times daily during acute phases and gradually reducing frequency as the sinuses recover. Wonderful experience from beginning to end.
Product is packaged nicely. The 1/2 oz. proved to be plentiful. It started working for my mom an hour after her first inhalation. She called to say it’s loosening the phlegm and I’m getting it out. I also am taking it as Barbara O’Neill advised. I plan on telling other family members. I may try other products. The bars of shampoo and conditioner may prove to be different holiday gifts.

High quality product at a very reasonable price.
I heard about Goldenseal from Babara O'neal it helps naturally with UTI's.
I enjoy it in a variety of infused hot teas also in fruit smoothies.
You don't need much, I only use about the size of a tic tac per serving.
I have also drank it straight up, in shot glass with warm water, followed by a cup of water because it is naturally very bitter. I Thank God for this company: Made Down On Woodridge Farm. I highly recommend them.

Purchased the Org. Goldenseal root powder to sniff gently into each nostril per Barbara O'Neils recommendation for tinnitus. First time it was used it seemed to work with a severe tinnitus effect. The second time it helped some but not fully. More needs to be experimented with.
