Overview
Yoni stones, or yoni eggs, are semi-precious stones shaped like eggs, historically used to enhance pelvic floor strength, sexual health, and spiritual well-being. This ancient practice has roots in Chinese and Taoist traditions, spanning thousands of years.

Size: Beginners should start with larger stones, transitioning to smaller sizes as their pelvic floor muscles become stronger.
Preparing Your Yoni Stone
Cleaning: Use warm water and a gentle, natural soap to clean the stone. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
Using Your Yoni Stone
Relax and Settle In : Choose a quiet, comfortable space. You may lie down, squat down or sit.
Insertion: Optionally, use a natural, non-toxic lubricant. Coconut oil is a good choice. Take deep breaths to relax the pelvic muscles. Gently insert the stone, wider end first, letting your body guide the process.The egg does not need to be pushed all the way up to the cervix like a tampon would. Instead, once the egg is past the yoni entrance, remove contact with your hands and allow your yoni to bring it to a place that is comfortable, similar to a menstrual cup. Breath and be mindful. Take your time inserting the egg.
Kegel Exercises: Perform Kegel exercises by contracting and relaxing the pelvic floor muscles. Start with a few minutes daily, gradually increasing the duration.
Mindful Movement: Wear the stone during daily activities, staying aware of its presence and your body’s responses.
Wear Time: Start with 5-15 minutes, gradually increasing to a few hours as you become more comfortable. Can be used daily. A gentle way to start incorporating regular use of your yoni egg is to sleep with it inserted every other night. Once you can comfortably wear a larger egg for extended periods (1-2 hours), you can transition to a smaller egg to continue strengthening your pelvic floor.
Removing Your Yoni Stone:
Relax and gently pull the string or bear down slightly to allow the stone to exit naturally.This may be the most intimidating part for many people, but rest assured that a yoni egg cannot get stuck inside you. Do not panic if your yoni egg doesn’t come out straight away. Keep breathing and relaxing and you will release the egg.
Clean the stone with warm water and gentle soap after each use.

Listen to Your Body: If discomfort or pain occurs, remove the stone immediately.
